Vintage Stieff Rose Sterling Silver Repousse Shaker Open Salt Cellar Spoon Set

  
This listing offers a beautiful sterling silver pepper shaker with matching open salt cellar and spoon. The pattern is Stieff Rose and condition is excellent - no dents, dings, bends, scratches, or other issues. All are marked Stieff and Sterling. The footed shaker and salt cellar are marked with the production number 12 and the letter T- year mark for 1953 (see pictures). The footed, open salt cellar is also marked "hand chased". Note: each piece has a curvy, impossible to be sure, monogram on the underside (see pictures). I think you could ascribe any ancestor's initials to these scrolling letters and your guests would have to agree. They do not detract in the least. The pepper shaker measures 4-1/4 inches tall, the salt cellar 2 inches across, and the salt spoon 3 inches long. As a group, this chunky set weighs 108 grams. We think this is one of the prettiest sterling combinations we've ever found - we know you will be pleased! Your satisfaction is our priority.
